With its spacious floor structure and regular maintenance, it provides a suitable environment for competitions and training sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T Block Fitness Center<\/strong><br>It is equipped with modern sports equipment for cardio, weight, and functional training. It meets the daily sports needs of students and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Block A Pilates Studio<\/strong><br>The mat is specially designed for exercises that improve flexibility and balance, such as Pilates, yoga, and stretching. It stands out for its quiet and peaceful environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening\/Closing Hours<br>Weekdays: 7:00 AM &#8211; 9:00 PM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Please register as a member when entering the hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Please wear clean athletic shoes and sportswear in the fitness center.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Do not enter the hall wearing slippers, athletic shoes, outdoor sports shoes, or wet clothing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.\u00a0Be sure to have a sweat towel with you during exercise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. When you are sweaty, use the area where you sit or lean by placing your towel down.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Please plan all your activities in the hall under the guidance and supervision of the instructors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Exercise special caution when working with free weights; do not perform movements that could endanger other workers, perform your work only on the platform, do not drop weights to the ground, lower them carefully.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Perform your exercises according to the basic weight training principles. Do not exercise unconsciously or without a program, do not hold your breath under load, and do not put strain on your back and joints.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.\u00a0If you encounter any problems during your work, please ask the hall staff for assistance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Do not exceed 30 minutes when there are people waiting in line for the treadmills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Please be quiet in the hall, do not speak loudly, and return all equipment to its proper place after use.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12.
